LEADERSHIP RULES....

Real Leaders are ordinary people with Extraordinary Determination.

According to me it is stupid to say that leaders are born as leaders, ordinary people with extraordinary determination are the leaders too and one can develop Leadership skills in Himself/herself by many ways.

Leadership itself is a 10 letter word but, it has the power to rule the world. It is necessary for a person to get the Right deposit in the personal bank account which means adapting the right type of habits and developing yourself in an owner of a firm but friendly personality so that later on, it is easier for people to accept you as a leader because a Leader should have appealing habits and personality.

Leaders do not force people to follow, they invite them on a journey; Leaders are the people who consider the past, evaluate the present and create the future.

One does not discover new lands without consenting to lose the sight of the shore for a very long time.

According to me a Leader should be brave enough to have the courage to be able to work out of his Comfort zone and discover the new ways, One should not wait for the ship to come in, swim out to meet it.......Most things are difficult before they are easy.

Leaders never discourage anyone who continually makes progress, No matter how slow because they are progressing rather than regressing and a Time would come when they would fast up their speeds themselves, if they would find the work interesting, they would get involved but if they would find it unchallenging and uninteresting then the person would likely switch.

Leaders should be proactive instead of reactive. Reactive people can never be good leaders because they are the owners of Attitudes which does not meet up with the criteria of Leadership.

REACTIVE people are never sure of their capabilities. they are never certain about their day, and planning and the time they would give for some specific task whereas the Proactive people always know their capabilities because they have the ability to confront with difficult situations and tackle them efficiently.

Reactive people are so much messed up that they never give time to plan and sort out the things, therefore neither are they able to accomplish a task given nor do they utilize their time sensibly. They are only concerned about the fun life whereas PROACTIVE people never face such problems because they manage their time very well,

Bad time management = stress as I mentioned in my previous post. They plan and they achieve because of the powerful determination in their attitudes.

Reactive people always evaluate the conclusion without discovering the most possible reasons for something to happen whereas a Proactive person always sees into the most possible before taking any type of decision.

LEADERS ARE WHAT WE NEED TODAY, LEADERS ARE THE ONES WHO CAN CHANGE THE WHOLE WORD, IT CAN BE ME, IT CAN BE U YOU, SO TAP ONTO YOUR TALENTS AND LEAVE YOUR IMPRESSION OVER THE ENTIRE WORLD......
