BEGIN WITH AN END IN MIND

40 years old: “hey young man what’s up?”
15 years old: “I am good, what about you”
40 years old: “so young man came up with any idea, what do you want to become when you grow up?”
15 years old: “I don’t know, I am just too confused between a doctor and a singer”
40 years old: “oh come on, you are 15, you should have a clear future aim by now”

Well this marks the beginning of my writing. Most of the youth today especially here in Pakistan are not well aware of their future. They are uncertain of their appearance in the upcoming years. Why because they do not know what they want to become.
It is Extremely necessary for a teenager to know where his road is leading him towards instead one should be smart enough to make his own way, making a road is better than following a road.
As soon as you turn 14 (maximum) you should know what you want to become in future, you should have a picture capturing you in the next 10 or 20 years of your life, well the best option is to grab a paper and draw yourself with all the desires you wish to accomplish, write down the objectives you wish to accomplish and the steps through which you would be able to achieve your one aim.
To me there is only one aim one has in his or her life, accompanied by fulfilling different targets or goals.
For example have a look at what tweety wants to have. She wishes to become a successful Entrepreneur.
Along with a chart showing different goals at different stages of your life with all your details
HERE I HAVE MADE ONE TO GUIDE YOU
so once you have an end in mind, you will surely make your life meaningful. If you won't be able to reach the sky, you will surely touch the stars but at least aim high.

  2. Umema some where you are right and some where you are Wrong.:) The reason you giving is awsome but the solution is not an easy task to give......I guess in today's world there is dynamically changes in each and every field ......If a person want to become a Electronic Engineer from his child hood and achieve his target. But he couldn't get a job in pakistan cuz due pakistan market condition electronics manufacturing is almost nothing ........The giant Multinational Companies want to go back their homeland and the others were closed. The question is that what he will do ..... in this economical conditions ..................Afterwards he want to move on ...he neglect his dream field where he can give his big shots but due economical condtions he switch to new which demands in market ....:) so my sweet heart these things happens in undevelopment Countries each and every person is confused :D

  4. Well i Don't blame you for the comment you have made, I would rather blame the terms, conditions and situations of our country who have made us hopeless. And all that counts is determination. We should not mark our targets as geographically immobile but occupationally immobile and be determined, if not Pakistan then some other country, and why not bring a change, if not getting appointed in the desired company then why not establishing a country where you can appoint the others and let not your hardships follow them, there are many ways only if we wish to see beyond the picture. But once we restrict ourselves, obviously you ll be stuck and won't find a way out. Disney land was built within 365 days, strange ? but not impossible, cause it was.

    I had some quentions....
    1) How to prepare for the MCP (self study or courses)?
    2) How much time on average is required to completely prepare for it?
    3) How is the test taken?
    4) How are the results reported?
    5) what are the test charges?
    6) I've seen that you are working on entrepreneurship; what are the other fields?

    1. walaikum salam, i apologize for replying back to you late, i hope you don't mind. well MCP is Microsoft Certified Professional, and whoever is Microsoft Certified, he or she is known as an mcp as far as my knowledge is concerned, apart from that, you have a lot of options as far as Microsoft certifications are concerned, for instance MCTS, MCPD,MCITP,MVP etc etc... for say you go for, .Net Certification, ofcourse you can't take it for granted, you need to study it properly, or if you think yourself as genius enough then there is certainly no harsh in doing it all by yourself, but i would rather suggest you to take proper training.
      2) depends on how your learning capability is.
      3) and 4) it is an online exam, taken in different test centers, mainly prometric and the charges for the 70 series are $80 each.
      4) the result is displayed at the very moment you click on the button named after "finish exam".
      6) WELL I HOST SHOWS, the one i did recently is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KmEJwvHbiNo ... i sing commercials,,, umm surf excel tools for school is sung by me http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JDLGlrg3dFo .... i am a naat khwaan, 3 albums have been released and many more

  6. I think that the one of the reasons for this block heading is the environment that we are living in. if a student is always thinking that when will the electricity come and go whatelse will they do? I'm studying in the matriculation(federal board) system and i think that o/a level system is much better..everyone here thinks that o/a level system is much better butstill it is facing many challenges, whenever a person thinks os chosing it he/she is told that it is only beneficial if u want to to any forgien country( as in pakistani universities some marks are reduced at the time if admission). Once i asked my one of teachers who (is an educationist in roots school system oa levels); he said that is is deliberately not given that kind of im portance because if the son of zardari and a cobbler are studying the same thing than how would that great difference be created.( that the mindset of the authorotative people). You will be knowing this system much better than me what i think is that as oa levels give us a much wider range of subjects they are better in that carrer counselling. In our education system we just have a choice of pre engineering and pre medical or the Atrs subjects. theses are given class XI. In IX there is a choce between biolgy and computer. so you can see that we have a lack of choices also.

    1. if you are limited to o and A levels and u liked it so much, then why did you not take admission an o levels institution?

    2. Actually, first of all, now its impossible to shift ( from matric to levels)..............secondly i've chosen biology and now am in love with it.....and i've aimed to be an aeronautical engineer and for that matric was better. I asked many teachers but they suggested me not to change the school. It's true that i hated my school year and a half back buti read somewhere that Umema Adil*** said, "i love my school!!". So, since then i just tried to love my school.and now when i think of leaving the school after second year or matric ... simply it the feels like my heart is stopping.....did'nt knew what is meant by the word "teacher" but i've fortunately got amazing teachers.....(one of then is a 5 times consecutive all Pakistan Qirat and Naat champion) they told me what a teacher is......i feel like i took the right decision.......i don't know that when my mind changes and i'm laid on another track (i mean leaving engineering adn going into biology) but people like you really make me think that what ever ur doing must be amazing, it must be perfect....... and why did i not chose o/a levels... actually when ever ur in the present u think that this is ur maturest stage and ur the more intelligent today then u were yesterday so, teachers said it and i accepted it.... and now i'm a happy person.........un sab ke kehne ke baad logon se piar karna seekha and its really something out of the world........something that's.....that's nothing and everything..........okay bye take care of youself......please please reply quickly!!!!
